You are a passionate and experienced product manager, with both B2C and B2B products. You know very well a product manager is extremely well organized and you are a master of processes. Working in a small scrum team is not news to you. You live your professional life by the agile manifesto and you love taking on a challenge on figuring out who your customer is. You build products for your customers, not trying to find customers for your product. You practice lean start-up methodology in a way that you create a hypothesis about your customers, you test your assumptions, you learn, and then repeat. Everything you do is informed by data. You are a self-learning individual who reads constantly and loves to pass on their knowledge to others.

What you will do

Responsibilities:
- Drive the product discovery from a defined outcome to iterative delivery on the outcome;
- Develop a strong understanding of the customer and customer needs;
- Understand our business strategy, identify opportunities that can change the trajectory of the product;
- Prioritization of opportunities that are worth pursuing;
- Translating opportunities into an actionable roadmap;
- Rapidly prioritizing and validating opportunities;
- Work with a cross-functional team to pursue and validate opportunities;
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to build an understanding of the customers and the space;
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and delivery;
- Regularly communicate the product vision and roadmap to relevant stakeholders and engage the team with those to understand market needs and the voice of the users;
- Work with Business Development and Product Marketing to support product efforts;
- Develop product positioning and messaging.

Requirements

Required

Qualifications and Competences:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Advanced knowledge of English language;
- Passion and drive to do modern product discovery and rapid opportunity validation;
- Big picture thinking with a growth mindset and the ability to lead a team through ambiguity;
- Conviction to do the right thing for users, with humbleness to listen and learn;
- Curiosity to know the competitive set and anticipate evolving consumer trends;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver winning presentations;
- Passion for building usable, delightful products that innovate rather than imitate;
- Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders;
- Flexibility to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
- Experience with analytics and experimentation;
- Comfortable with making decisions;
- Data-informed decision maker; strong analytical skills paired with a commercial mindset;
