What you will do
Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and mine potential leads using various channels (databases, LinkedIn, online tools, etc.)
Perform outbound prospecting through cold outreach, including emails, calls, and social media interactions
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with the value we offer
Schedule meetings with qualified leads and hand them off to the sales team for further engagement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
Track and report key metrics such as call connections, lead conversion rates, and meetings booked
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Job requirements
Required:
3+ years of experience in an SDR or B2B sales role
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating leads
Excellent communication in English along with strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
Comprehensive understanding of the sales funnel and lead generation process
Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesmate, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn)
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to solve problems, manage time effectively, and work independently
Experience conducting video calls in a professional setting
Would be a Plus:
Familiarity with the US education industry
Knowledge of American culture or the business landscape
