The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (B2C) who’s ready to take full ownership of our student experience and drive revenue growth through strategic, data-informed product development.

You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team — including engineering, design, data science, QA, and marketing — to define, discover, and deliver initiatives that strengthen product-market fit, deepen engagement, and ultimately help students win more scholarships.

This is a hands-on, full-stack product role with high autonomy. You’ll be expected to:

  • Collaborate on strategy

  • Lead continuous product discovery

  • Scope and ship impactful features

  • Own performance end-to-end

Your First 6–12 Months

  • Scope and deliver key strategic initiatives to grow B2C revenue

  • Improve user engagement, activation, and retention among Gen Z students

  • Lead continuous discovery to identify initiatives that deepen product-market fit

  • Leverage AI to enhance scholarship matching, essay generation, and strategy tools

  • Identify habit-forming opportunities and gamification strategies that drive repeat usage

What You’ll Do

  • Translate broad strategic goals into clear product outcomes

  • Conduct product discovery using Teresa Torres’ Continuous Discovery framework

  • Use Mixpanel (or similar) to analyze user behavior and inform decisions

  • Collaborate with engineering and design as part of a product trio

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, support, and operations teams

  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product thinking

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C SaaS or EdTech

  • Experience building AI-powered features and data-rich user experiences

  • Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior, motivations, and digital expectations

  • Strong grasp of product discovery and experimentation methodologies

  • Fluency in Mixpanel, spreadsheets, and self-serve data analysis

  • Experience designing habit loops or gamified experiences is a major plus

  • Clear communicator who collaborates with transparency and ownership

  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, and resource-conscious environment
